Shawn Hale Shawn has 14 years experience in the wood veneer business.  After receiving his degree in business management from Penn State, Shawn quickly became one of the top sales people in the veneer industry through out Canada and the USA.  In 2003, he achieved his most satisfying goal in starting T & H Custom Veneers, Inc.,  along with his partner.  With his hard work and determination T & H has  become one of the strongest companies operating in the veneer industry today.  Jason Thompson Jason has 14 years of  wood veneer experience as well as 5 years of  logging experience.  He acquired extensive training in Europe and has overseen an entire export sales department.  His most rewarding experience is beginning and operating T & H Custom Veneers, Inc.  His area of expertise now lies within the preparation, selling and exporting wood veneers world wide.  Serving over 26 countries it is evident Jason has made T & H a major exporter in the veneer industry.      Lori Thompson Lori has 13 years of experience in the wood veneer business.  Starting in 1992, she worked with customers in the architectural markets, understood there stringent requirements, and made sure these architects got the right wood for the job.  Understanding what customers want is Lori's expertise and that makes her great for the wood business and T&H Custom Veneers. Inc. Jodi Flook Jodi works in the shipping department at T&H Custom Veneers, Inc. where she is well knowledge in the process of oversea shipments, including all necessary paper work for containers to ship abroad as well as shipping loads to Canada.  With her expertise in this field, you can be assured that you will get the veneer on time every time.
